The Stars In The Universe Witness of Jesus Christ...

The Gospel of Jesus Christ, can only be known by the Holy Spirit. For all those who sincerely desire to know His Gospel, in its fullness... He only waits for His children to ask Him for it. Some may feel that what they have is enough? That is just fine. He does not force or compel anyone to receive Him. Unlike my kind of parenting, our Heavenly Father, never uses coercive measures to do anything. It may work occasionally with our children, but coercion, never allows a person to learn by their own choices. Therefore, most likely, they really have not learned, but complied. I have learned, that this is actually, lazy or fearful parenting. I needed to birth five children to figure this one out for myself. I am stubborn.

But, what Heavenly Father does is very different -- He, continually extends His truth, this Day - to all who are honest seekers of that truth, which He offers all, who will seek His face. Imagine if man, had just said about the skies, that they are too big for us to understand, beyond what we can see, by looking with our ‘own’ eyes. It is enough. So be it then. We would know nothing about the expanse of heaven and its wonders. When man will not look, or thinks that God has revealed all things, then for that person, it will be enough, and there is nothing left to add, for him.

God, who is - Knowledge, Wisdom, Power and Love... is Eternal. Can He not teach each and everyone of us more? The thought, that we are here to flounder with what we have already been given, is, in my opinion and personal experience - a choice to say, “It is enough”. For those who seek after understanding in all areas of knowledge -- there is NO end. Give that some thought?

In that very intimate intercessory prayer, the Son of God, prayed to “our” Father who is in Heaven...

JOHN 17: 2-3

1 These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:

2 As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.

3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

4 I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.

5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.

6 I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.

Here, are to me, the most beautiful words in all of scripture. And as you know, we Mormons are tremendously blessed to have an abundance of revealed truth. But, here... Jesus Christ tells us each personally, as we glimpse into His heart, as He petitions our Father, for our well-being. I love, in these words, to hear the Savior of the world, acknowledge those who have been given Him, but... He specifically states, "thine they were".

It is not possible, that we would be considered His, on this world alone. For in this ‘world’ only, we are of the world. An individual is given to Christ, when they have received Him. What it means to receive, is to tightly embrace. I likewise would submit to you, that when the Savior refers to these individuals, as "thine they were", He is referring to those who loved Him, the Father, before they ever came to this earth, and have chosen Him again, by receiving His Only Begotten Son.

The Savior Himself, in this most intimate of all prayers, that has ever been uttered, testifies - that He Himself, was with the Father, before He came to this earth also. As members of the Lds Church, we firmly testify, that we did in fact, as did the Savior of the world, exist with our Heavenly Father in His Presence; as His spirit offspring, before we were born into our physical bodies; and began our journey here in mortality. Just as the Savior mentions in this prayer -- His desire to return to be with His Father, and again - as He was once before; we now become the beneficiaries of the atonement of Jesus Christ and His resurrection; to also return to that place of peace, joy, beauty and eternal love. This, is for us also, The Plan -- to return to the presence of our Heavenly Father.

Heavenly Father has a plan for our happiness here upon this earth, that will propel us back into His presence, IF we will accept His Son, and His great sacrifice for us, wherein He made possible that we too might also, have - Eternal Life.

I am assured of His Plan for our happiness. I am grateful, to have been led toward Him in my life, and for the humility that he has allowed in my life, that brings me to Him. Adversity is not a welcome condition for any of us. Who would dare wish a thing? But, it is 'through' the sorrows, afflictions and trials that we are given, that we tend to be humble enough to our falibilities; which allow us to see, if we will look, that He is everywhere.

He testifies - to us, in everything, that we will look to.. for Him. When we choose to see Him, that is when that, which has always been there, unfolds before our eyes, as the heavens above... and finally, we see Him.

I am so glad, that you have allowed me to share these truths with you. It is my desire, that we all see Him, in all that we do, each and every day, and believe that He does have a magnificent and well orchestrated plan for you, that is personal. If you are not sure what that plan is, then Ask Him, to show you how your life, is following His plan right now.

I know that those who ask Him, He will guide... so that you will fulfill that purpose here -- the reason for which you came.

But, if we never ponder, and wonder, that which leads to deep questions, of which we greatly desire to obtain understanding, then, we will never Ask -

For that - which will open the windows of Heaven and allow us to See...
